"You idiot."

"You haven't learned a thing."

"In this world..."

"It's KILL or BE killed."

The six captured souls whirled around Flowey, who cackled maniacally as Frisk was booted out of the world.

Sometime after...

Frisk woke up with a start, back in their save space.

Ah. You're awake. Finally.

Frisk sighed. "You sound so annoyed. How long have I been asleep?"

You know time has no meaning here.

"Darn. Guess we should probably come up with a plan then?"

Well, I have noticed something odd. Look at the 'Reset' button.

Frisk turned around, but there was no 'Reset' button in the room. Instead, the two buttons were labeled "Continue" and "Restart."

"Did he like, change the save menu or something?"

It appears so. He has overwritten our save file, after all. Proceed with caution.

"Aww, you finally called it our save file," Frisk teased.

Is now really the time?

"Sorry, sorry." Frisk walked over to the menu. "I'm going to try to reset."

Be careful.

"Okay." Frisk tapped the button labeled 'Restart'. Nothing happened.

They tapped again. Nothing happened.

They tapped it again and again and again, but nothing changed. "Hey, Cocoa, -" (Chara's eye twitched a little,) "-nothing's happening."

Alright, then maybe our only option is to continue. Let us just get this over with.

"Hang on," Frisk said. "Let me try something."

What is it?

No response. Instead, Frisk was punching the button now.

Stop that.

Frisk kept punching the button.

Stop-!

With one final blow, the Restart button shattered to pieces.

What have you DONE!?

"Oops." The room filled with light, and they fell, down, down, down.

After years and years of death and chaos, the HUMANS won the war.

Humanity’s seven greatest magicians sacrificed themselves to seal the MONSTERS under a mountain far to the west.

Five centuries later…
